Brief
We start by understanding the partner’s idea, target product, budget and timeline, so the project is scoped correctly from day one.
Design
The brief is translated into design direction — fit, fabric, construction and details — ready to move into sourcing and sampling.
Sourcing
We select fabrics, trims and the right production environment — our own facility in Greece or a suitable partner from our international network — based on the product and requirements.
Sampling
Samples are produced and reviewed with the partner until fit, fabric and finish are approved before bulk production begins.
Production & Quality Control
Production is monitored at every stage, from in-line checks to final inspection, so finished goods consistently match the approved sample and specification.
Delivery
Finished goods are prepared, documented and shipped according to the partner’s timeline and export requirements.
